Terms and conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between the owner and the customer in the context of the rental of a guest room.

1.Owner identification

2.Booking

• How to book: Bookings can only be made online, via our website (best rates guaranteed) or via our reseller websites. For bookings by other means, please contact us.
• Booking confirmation: you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

3.Rates

• Prices are quoted in euros (€). Tourist tax is an additional charge.
• Rates include breakfast (excluding apartment).
• Two rates are available: 1) standard rate: non-exchangeable, non-refundable. The full amount of the reservation will be due in case of no-show/cancellation. 2) Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations between 30 days and the day before your arrival, 80% of the amount will be due. For last-minute cancellations (D-1) or no-shows, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

4.Cancellation of stay

• Cancellation by the customer: refund condition according to the chosen price plan.
• Cancellation by the owner in the event of force majeure: the stay will be refunded in full.

5.Arrival and departure conditions

• Arrival times: between 5pm and 8pm.
• Departure time: 10am.
• Late check-out or early check-in possible (please contact us).
• The establishment does not have a 24-hour reception: please inform us of your arrival.

6.Capacity

• The chambre d’hôte can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
• The owner reserves the right to refuse additional guests not included in the reservation.

7.Pets

• Pets are not accepted.

8.Responsibilities

In the event of damage to the property or deterioration of the equipment provided (sheets, towels, etc.), the owner reserves the right to invoice the customer for compensation.

9.House rules

Rooms

The rooms are not intended for meals.

For your convenience, we have provided a television in each room, which should be kept to a low volume at all times, especially after 10 pm. You also have free access to Wifi. Illegal downloading is prohibited.

General conditions

In compliance with decree no. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, smoking is prohibited in public areas. The entire establishment, excluding the exterior, is therefore “non-smoking”. It is forbidden to smoke inside. We ask our guests to dress decently at all times, and to be dressed and shod when moving around the common areas.

Theft and accidents

Valuables (jewelry, multimedia equipment, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in rooms or parked vehicles. We accept no liability for theft or personal injury on our property.

Common areas

Outside, a terrace and relaxation areas are at your disposal: out of respect for other guests and the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise pollution between 10pm and 8am.

Inside, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen are at your disposal. You can use the kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, cutlery, crockery, coffee machine, kettle….) to prepare your meal until 10 pm.

The customer must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises and agrees to respect the house rules.

Eco-gestures :

We are sensitive to the protection of our planet and wish to contribute to the protection of the environment by minimizing the footprint of the operation of our house. We’re counting on you to help us do this, with a few simple gestures: don’t leave the lights on unnecessarily, use water sensibly, allow the individual sanitation system to function properly by not flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilet; other waste can be disposed of in a special garbage can; don’t mix used and unused towels; turn off the fan or heating when you leave.

10.Acceptance of terms and conditions

Booking a room implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
